Is this just a slideshow with music?
No. Slideshow apps pan across a static photo. We produce true cinematic motion — the camera moves through the scene like a videographer shot it, graded and scored like a film. Drag the before/after above and you'll see the difference in one second.
What do you need from me?
Two minutes: paste your vessel link (or a Drive/Dropbox folder of photos), pick a package, done. No shoot to schedule, no crew on site, nothing to install. We need a minimum of 10 photos to produce a great reel — send as many as you like beyond that, and we'll pick what performs.
What's in the Listing Pack, exactly?
Three reels with three different jobs — your listing's launch week: The Announcement (the just-listed or open-house post for day one), The Tour (the cinematic hero reel), and The Rundown (price, beds, baths, and standout features as bold on-screen text). Want a short punchy Hook or a coming-soon Teaser instead of one of them? Just say so in your order notes — same price.
What format are the videos?
Vertical 9:16, built for where buyers actually scroll — Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts. It also works in stories, DMs, email and listing presentations. Need a widescreen or square version for a specific placement? Ask us — we can produce additional formats on request.
How does the Every-Listing Plan work?
Sign up once, free. Then whenever you get a new listing, text us or email the listing link — that's the entire process, no forms or logins. We produce at your member rate of $149 per reel, any listing, any quantity (three or more reels on the same listing drop to $129 each), with priority turnaround. Cancel anytime.
Who owns the videos? What about photo rights?
You own the finished videos outright and can post them anywhere. You just confirm you have the right to use the photos you send (they're your listing photos, so you almost always do — if your photographer contract says otherwise, ask us and we'll work with them directly). At checkout you can let us feature your finished reel in our portfolio (most clients do — we tag and credit you, which puts your listing in front of more buyers), and you can opt out there or anytime after.
Can I use these on the MLS?
These reels are built for where buyers actually scroll — Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, your email signature and listing presentations. MLS rules on listing media vary by board, so for MLS placement itself, check your local rules; most of our clients use the reel everywhere else and keep the MLS gallery as-is.
What if I don't like it?
Two revision rounds are included with every order, and you approve the reel before you ever pay. If we deliver late, it's free. If you still don't love it after revisions, you owe us nothing.
Is it really 48 hours?
Yes — 48 hours from order to delivered reel, guaranteed in writing. Most orders arrive sooner. If we miss the window, you don't pay.

Run by a producer, not a platform.
Veltan is an independent studio, not a self-serve app. When you place an order, I produce your reel, check every frame before it ships, and answer your messages myself — usually within a couple of hours. Your listing is your reputation; we treat it that way.
