Terms of Service

Veltan Media (“Veltan,” “we,” “us”) produces short-form marketing videos for real estate and marine listings. By placing an order or using veltanmedia.com, you (“you,” the “Client”) agree to these terms. If you're ordering on behalf of a team or brokerage, you confirm you're authorized to bind it.

You provide photographs (or a link to them) of a property or vessel; we produce edited vertical video content (“Deliverables”) from those materials. Production uses modern editing and automated, AI-assisted production tools: camera motion in the Deliverables is digitally synthesized from your still photographs. Deliverables are marketing visualizations derived from the materials you supply — they are not filmed footage of the property and may not reflect its exact current condition.

You represent and warrant that you own, or hold a valid license to use, every photograph, video, logo, and other material you submit — including the right to have derivative marketing works created from them. Listing photography is often copyrighted by the photographer; it's your responsibility to confirm your license covers this use.

You agree to indemnify and hold Veltan harmless from any third-party claim arising from materials you submit, including copyright and publicity claims. If a rights question comes up, tell us — we're glad to work with your photographer directly.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, we produce first and you pay after you approve: we deliver a preview, you approve it (or request revisions), and we then send a secure payment link. Payment is due within 7 days of approval.

On receipt of full payment, you own the finished Deliverables and may post, share, and use them anywhere for your marketing. Until payment is received, Deliverables remain Veltan's property and no license is granted — unpaid previews may not be posted, published, or used in any form. Veltan retains all rights in its underlying tools, templates, and production processes.

Standard orders are delivered within 48 hours, or the order is free. The clock starts when we have everything needed to produce: a completed order and usable materials (a minimum of 10 photos, or a working listing link). If materials are missing, unusable, or a requested clarification is pending, the clock pauses until resolved. Rush or custom work agreed separately may carry its own timeline.

Every order includes two revision rounds, requested within 7 days of delivery. If, after both rounds, you still don't love the result, you owe nothing — and, per Section 4, the unpaid Deliverables may not be used. This guarantee covers the edit itself; it doesn't cover changes to the source materials you provided.

You are responsible for how Deliverables are used in your marketing, including compliance with MLS and board rules, brokerage advertising policies, fair-housing laws, and truth-in-advertising requirements in your jurisdiction. Because Deliverables are visualizations produced from photographs, you should not present them as live-filmed footage where that distinction matters.

Music and stock assets in Deliverables are licensed for the intended social-media marketing use of the finished video. Platform-specific audio policies (for example, a platform muting a track) are outside our control; if that happens, we'll re-score the affected reel at no charge.

At checkout you choose whether Veltan may feature your finished Deliverables in our portfolio, website, and social channels (with credit to you). This permission is on by default; you can decline it at checkout and revoke it at any time by emailing us — we'll stop featuring the work going forward.

The Every-Listing Plan has no enrollment fee and no subscription charge — you're billed per delivered reel at the member rate shown at signup. Order by sending us your listing link by email or text. Either of us can end the plan at any time; work already delivered is payable per Section 4.

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veltan's total liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost listings.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stands. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@veltanmedia.com.
